COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Updates
At Cida Capital Bank, the health, safety and well-being of our members, employees - and our entire community - is always our top priority. Like you, we continue to monitor COVID-19 and its effects in our market areas. We will update this page with information and potential alternate hours of operation due to COVID-19 (Coronavirus).
Your Stimulus from the IRS
If you have not received the deposit and would like to check the status, your eligibility, or if you need to update your account information with the IRS, please visit irs.gov for detailed information and instructions.
You can access your account online to see if you have received your stimulus deposit or if it is still pending. If you have recently received a tax refund deposit to this account, the IRS probably has the correct account information.
Please beware of any fraudulent activity or calls you may receive regarding your stimulus. Cida Capital Bank will NEVER call you and ask for your personal information about your account or your stimulus money, or your Cida Capital Bank Online login information or Secure Access Codes.
Setting Alerts in Cida Capital Bank Online
Looking for your stimulus money? Set up an alert so you are notified when you receive a deposit to your account! Log in to Cida Capital Bank Online, click on the Services tab, then set up an Account Activity Alert for a Credit Transation. You'll receive an alert from Cida Capital Bank Online when your account receives a credit.
Looking for your MICR?

To find your MICR number log in to Cida Capital Bank Online, select the account you want to see, then click the Details tab. Your MICR is included at the top of the page.

What we are doing to combat COVID-19
Cida Capital Bank is taking extensive measures to ensure our offices and facilities are thoroughly cleaned. Our representatives are available to offer you drive-thru service with extended hours (in some locations). However, we urge you to utilize our digital channels. If you aren't sure if your services can be completed online or by phone, please call +1-615-398-2453 and a representative will assist you.
Relax ... rethink before you respond.
Now more than ever, it is important for you to be diligent in fighting fraud and fraudulent activity on your account. Criminals and account hackers will take advantage of the COVID-19 impact to attempt to access your personal information and obtain access to your accounts.
Cida Capital Bank would never ask you to share any private information.
Not your username.
Not your CVV.
Not your PIN.
Not a secure access code.
Pay attention to any communication you receive. If you find typos or grammatical errors, this should alert you to check the source. Or, if the communication asks you to send a code from a Samsung phone and you have an Apple phone, this is another sign for you to not respond and call Cida Capital Bank directly.
